      Avantages

      Good opportunity if you are looking to get into concierge work.

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay time and half for holidays and are not transparent about it. The only way to get an increase is if you get promoted. The benefits are extremely expensive. The company will not support you if the residents are disrespectful and/or the building management is not reasonable.

      Inconvénients

      Can't think of any off the top of my head. I will say that I have never dreaded going to work and am always in a good mood after getting to the office.
