Avantages
Pleasant people to work with and very knowledgeable IT staff.
Inconvénients
Lack of training, leadership and processes. The roles and functions of certain positions are not clearly defined. Much of a sink or swim way of doing things. There is a "social click" atmosphere where favoritism is apparent. Some individuals seem to have unlimited PTO whereas others do not. Beware of a lack of growth in this company.
