- Micromanagement - Limited Autonomy - ‘Hidden’ working culture, unable to adapt quickly to the ‘company culture’ often experienced unspoken pressure - ‘Hidden’ KPIs that focus more on how tasks were performed rather than the actual quality of performance/outcomes

Avantages

The company fosters a strong multinational culture, which encourages diversity and collaboration across teams. The work environment is relaxed, making it a great place for those who appreciate a low-pressure atmosphere while still being productive. The office itself is nice, with modern amenities and comfortable spaces. In terms of benefits, they’re decent but not exceptional. While they cover the basics, there could be some improvements in terms of offering more competitive or comprehensive perks.

Inconvénients

I found that decision-making is heavily centralized with the CEO, which means that other leaders and employees have little to no input. This lack of involvement from other team members can create frustration and inefficiencies, as decisions are made without broader input or consultation. Additionally, office politics are quite prevalent, making the work environment challenging at times. There seems to be clear favoritism, which can create an unequal and uncomfortable atmosphere for those who don’t fit into this dynamic. While the company has potential, these issues significantly impact the overall culture and morale. It can be tough to navigate when the decision-making process feels so top-down, and team members are left without a voice.
