Avantages

The Office staff members are very polite, ok health plan but thats about it as far as pros go

Inconvénients

You will not get ahead i this job so you can scratch that off the list. you get hired at $10.50 to do pretty much $17-$18 worth of work. There are people who have been there 5+ years still making under $12 an hour even with all their health issues. Owners are wealthy but penny pinching, dont interact with shop workers unless there is a mistake and will do anything to cut costs and work the already over worked people harder. there was even a manager who was changing employees times on their time cards..its a mess there. It is like a sweat shop...they only reason people are happy is because they all share the same bond of being over worked, under paid and most of all not respected or appreciated.

Avantages

Really cool, inventive products. Management is cool. But no patience for hang overs or bad attitudes. Competence is really respected.

Inconvénients

None that I can think of. Except that they don't give out free doughnuts for breakfast like my last employer.

Avantages

Beautiful and unique products, with so much potential.

Inconvénients

The female ceo of the company is rude and petty. I do not know if she has/had a relationship with the male ceo but the energy is weird. If you are prettier than her she’ll chastise you and try to make it work related - it’s weird.
