      Avantages

      The mindmill company is opposite as per its name. There is no mind in the management of the Company. The HR is mere puppet in the hand of the CEO. No good HR Policy. CEO is god there, if he wish that you have to go to himalaya. You have to go, no one can rescue you. Never go to the BANKMILL project. Life will be like a Hell, working with CEO who has no feeling at all.

      Inconvénients

      There is no advantage. Never join the company. Your life will be hell.

      Avantages

      Great company. Recently they took the entire team to Singapore on the company's 25 years. I am with this company almost for 1.5 years and planning to settle here. Seriously, this is the best company I have ever worked at. However, they are also very serious about the work and if you know your job, you can really be happy here. The leaders and the sr management is also great.

      Inconvénients

      Sometime, we had to stay back to support projects - this is a bit of pain! However, this ok as we need to support the clients.
