Avantages
- Fantastic Benefits, truly fantastic. - Some great, truly exceptional leaders. (Keyword is 'some'] - Quite frequent in-person events. - Some teams are so great, it can feel like a different workplace within the company.
Inconvénients
- MindBridge is very quick to fire, no explanation, no reason required, poor performance not needed. Sometimes, you don't even know someone is gone until you try to message them, and you realise their profile is 'deactivated'. - A good number of untrained leaders. And bad leadership is truly distressing. - Diversity is not a thing. Zero, and this creates a culture where minorities may feel psychologically unsafe. - Legacy staff (5+ years tenure) create a cult like environment. If you are fortunate enough to be part of the cult, you will do well even without exceptional performance. Overcoming this barrier can be particularly challenging, making a small company that should be nimble & fast feel like a Dinosaur.
