      - Leadership lacks a clear vision. Town-hall meetings often feel unfocused, with the CEO / CTO presentations that rely heavily on buzzwords without articulating a coherent vision or actionable direction. - Limited investment in employee growth. Senior leadership appears more focused on self-promotion than on developing their teams. Career advancement opportunities are scarce, and there's little emphasis on mentorship or professional development. - Concerning retention trends. Employee turnover has increased noticeably. High-performing, execution-focused employees seem to be leaving or being pushed out, while those who remain or are hired tend to prioritize visibility over substance.

      A culture of fear, not empowerment: The Chief Growth Officer's leadership style is rooted in intimidation rather than inspiration. Employees—especially women—are frequently subjected to bullying, unwarranted performance improvement plans (PIPs), and other coercive tactics. Instead of constructive feedback, criticism is relentless and rarely balanced with recognition or support. As a result, morale has plummeted, leaving employees feeling undervalued, unheard, and ultimately disengaged. High turnover is becoming the norm as talent walks away from an increasingly toxic environment.
