The company was founded is run by CEO Kris Collo and CTO Mike Cerniglia. Both are young, bright, rational, generous and fair. Catered breakfast is provided every Thursday. All employees are issued iPads as standard equipment. The company is in the process of building out an aggressive telework program, and it's easy to work from home whenever convenient. The company provides generous gifts and bonuses at the end of the year.
Inconvénients
The company added more than 50 employees in 2012. This has left the headquarters a little overcrowded. There are a very limited number of offices. The open floor plan of the office can make for a noisy work environment with limited personal space. There are few meeting rooms, which although occasionally inconvenient tends to discourage unnecessary meetings.
