All of the decisions are made by two VPs who only respect and value the few individuals that they personally brought into the company. What you are told when you are hired is very different from the actual operations. Many of the company processes are old and outdated. Everything you do is micromanaged and many of the most talented young engineers are leaving for bigger companies within two to three years of joining the company.
