Very negative experience I experienced team bullying by two associates Constant attitude, no team effort after mgr left went on to other boutique. From day one I entere a dark store and associate jumped from behind counter and scared me ? I was expecting to accept it as a joke and it was very difficult to work with people who say your old , paranoid, crazy , no support from upper mgmt , to stop that juvenile unprofessional behavior in a luxury boutique. I was subjected to harassment and I was given a final warning by upper mgmt message to future employees beware who you work for and go with your inner gut feeling from day one and walk out .
Inconvénients
There are none when you work with a good mgr and professionalism from fellow associates. And especially if upper mgmt is fair and professional as well it take a whole lot of professionalism to make any organization successful and grow It take one person to ruin a business and ruin employee morale . And if take one upper mgr to turn there face an ignore what with and wrong.
