      Avantages

      Great - talented people. Some really good managers. Good benefits and working conditions.

      Inconvénients

      Administration is disconnected to what goes on at the individual branches. Personnel matters take way too much time to be dealt with. No way for employees to give feedback about anything, and when there was those issues were never addressed.

      Lots of free time, opportunities to grow, good pay, and great times with events, patrons, and coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Can be overwhelming or a "boring" job depending on the person.

      Get to help lots of patrons over the phone. Great support and awesome management

      Inconvénients

      Pay might be lower than other local libraries but its worrh it.
