      Good work location if you live in Central Mass or northern Conn. Good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not as high as Metro Boston area, but that's not surprising.

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
