      Avantages

      Het enige positieve aspect zijn de stabiele werktijden. Op andere vlakken zijn er helaas veel verbeterpunten.

      Inconvénients

      De sfeer is giftig en vijandig. Het vaste team doet alsof ze de baas zijn van Mango, vooral de manager die er al jaren werkt. Als je geen deel uitmaakt van hun groep, word je buitengesloten. Werken als VM is bijna onmogelijk. Zelfs als je klaagt of iets meldt, verandert er niets. Niemand doet er iets mee. Zeer onaangename plek om te werken — ik raad het absoluut niet aan.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
