      Avantages

      International company, fast paced environment and great approach to fashion. Bus from Barcelona to the head offices outside of Barcelona and employee discount

      Inconvénients

      Overworked staff, lack of internal promotion and lack of tools to do a good job. Very demanding position which required everything to be done within very tight deadlines, without ever giving us workers the proper training or tools to do so. Lack of working hours flexibility or working from home options.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
