Avantages
I was in the management team for MPC and they have really good tools and coworkers who can get you the information you need really quickly. I adapted really well and made use of the data really nicely. I gained an adequate amount of experience which prepared me for my next job.
Inconvénients
The managers knew that I needed experience and took this as an advantage to keep me at an entry level position as long as they could. I did not get a proper salary increase nor was I recognized for all the hard work I put into the company. I was able to provide all departments with information quickly and easily which was appreciated by dept managers. I did not see a future with the company and decided to leave for another company who would.
