      Discouraged from taking days off or leaving early (paid or unpaid); micromanages phone use; Expected to be in the office at set hours. You cannot choose to come late and leave early or vice versa

      Avantages

      A strong early learning experience with talented, hardworking coworkers, opportunities for technical growth, and some principals who genuinely care about quality and design.

      Inconvénients

      Management lacked consistency and transparency in decision making. Internal politics and informal narrative control by certain individuals affected morale and open communication. Job security felt uncertain, even after receiving positive feedback and making personal commitments based on management assurances.
