Avantages
Plenty of projects, chances to learn, and even some fun perks like company outings or half-day Fridays. Good Resume and Portfolio Builder
Inconvénients
Management is completely disconnected from the actual work. They care only about results, not the process it takes to get there. They have little understanding of how things get done, yet always have the loudest opinions.
Directions constantly change, communication is inconsistent, and when you do exactly what you were told, you’re still blamed for doing it “wrong”.
The “benefits” they advertise are mostly surface-level: coffee, snacks, occasional meals, and free parking. Health coverage is weak, bonuses are terrible because the company “had a bad year,” and yet leadership rewards themselves visibly. Profit-sharing and retirement programs sound great until you realize they barely exist in reality.
Even if you avoid the negativity, you’ll still overhear management openly criticizing employees. It’s discouraging and makes collaboration almost impossible. When projects are approved and finished, the moment a new comment appears, you’re reprimanded for something completely out of your control.
You’d think a long-established company would know how to hire and support good people. Instead, they rely on unnecessary tests and personality screens while overlooking actual skill or experience.
