      - I worked almost more than one years and they don't care about the employees. - No Trainees - No Plans - No structures

      Inconvénients

      Family business. The only way you can be promote if you are a member of the family or from Vietnam

      Avantages

      - Management help set clear goals for projects to help guide project and performance - Team members are always in a positive mood, which is infectious. - Management teams allow employees to work independently without constant supervision - Professional development opportunities are given. Which is nice to know. They really encourage and promote growth here.

      Inconvénients

      - A lot of work and lots of opportunities. Never a dull moment! - May wear a couple of hats with lots of responsibilities, but this is a great opportunity and place to grow and develop a career.
