Avantages
worked here for nearly 5 years and it that time there were a lot of changes for the company. I think it's one of those places that you could end up staying for a long time without meaning too. the plus points for me were, a decent pension, nice premises if based at West Brom site, centrally located and near to transport links. people were nice, often described as a family feel. Reasonable salaries paid.
Inconvénients
in the end I decided to leave as I felt the inconsistencies throughout the business with things like execution of company policy and pay were becoming more prevalent. the majority of training was on the job, with very little recognized qualifications offered unless you are in the engineering roles. Overall I would recommend them as an employer as I wasn't unhappy when I left I just needed a new focus
