      Avantages

      Friendly atmosphere and co-workers. Can make your own hour's to a degree.

      Inconvénients

      Not very much pay for the type of labor required. Confusing leadership and roles for employees. Politically charged undercurrents. For the most part dull and monotonous plus quite a bit of pressure to produce and fill a high quota within a very tight time frame.
