      Flexible hours, Interesting work, Some nice people

      Inconvénients

      Remote work has ruined the community culture, no priority has been made to maintain a connection to the organization as a whole, teams are completely siloed and it shows. I don't see any loyalty being built with new employees, not a surprise people leave so frequently.

      Avantages

      Les avantages sociaux et les congés payés sont extrêmement généreux. L'ambiance de travail est formidable.

      Inconvénients

      La rémunération est misérable ; elle convient au début de carrière, mais ne permet absolument pas de vivre décemment.
