Management has absolutely no idea what they’re doing, they implement a new policy almost every other week and let their employees deal with the fall out of angry customers. The area manager was hard to reach most days and would get upset with you if you reached out to any of the other higher ups for approval and you would be threatened with a write up for the littlest things. Even though they’re the ones that create your schedule, if you go over by a little bit, expect passive aggressive email or call since over time is supposedly not a thing there. They will also cut your hours down by a lot just to not even risk a minute of overtime. The pay is not worth dealing with that company
