Since beginning my journey at LBC, I have been inspired by the commitment to not only helping the learners we have the privilege of supporting, but also to the mission of LBC as a whole. After almost 20 years in this field that is rife with burnout and occasional controversy, it is refreshing to be part of a company who encourages a holistic approach to care, avoids cookie-cutter interventions, cares about its staff, and is always open to feedback.

As comes par for the course with this field, scheduling and staff training is an ongoing process of improvement. We are working to make these processes more streamlined and efficient.

Coworkers and most BCBA's are supportive. You will learn a lot on the job. Raise given every year.

Scheduling can be unorganized. Administration and clinical team need to communicate better with one another.
