I found out they were billing the Federal Government at 3x what they were paying me -All senior staff (except one) did not come from an IT background. All military and UVA frat bro boys looking to just get rich off nerdy geeks who do all the work -Cannot deliver on government contracts, this is because they low-ball their employees. Pay peanuts, get monkeys -Any extra work performed outside your Fed contract (for KnightPoint themselves to win more business) will be compensated with an 'atta boy' award. Which is really just a $50 gift card for a free dinner at Ruby Tuesday's.
