      Avantages

      Investing a lot into company expansion opening more room for career growth.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are terrible and not competitive to the market. A lot of politics regarding who gets promoted. No work life balance. In office 4x a week and campus location in the middle of nowhere of DFW.

      The culture at Klein is amazing. It is collaborative, fun and fast paced. Opportunities for growth are abundant!

      Avantages

      The work is challenging exciting and rewarding. Work here is very stable which is extremely rare in this industry.

      Inconvénients

      Some favored leaders are not held accountable for constant turnover on their team. Most leaders do a great job of avoiding high turnover though.
