If you decide to work there, pretend that you are blind and deaf. Avoid practicing your leadership or showing that you are smart enough to improve systems. They will cut you off and always putting you down.
If English is not your first language pretend that you understand 100% everything otherwise they will make fun of you.
If they can’t manipulate you... they will find a way to get rid of you straight away
