Extremely fast-paced work environment. Challenging yet rewarding. On-boarding process is extremely thorough although everyone is expected to learn quickly. Capacity & capability will be tested immediately as everyone is expected to wear multiple hats. Work never gets mundane as the nature of the work is constantly changing, really gets your feet wet right away and exposes you to all the different moving pieces to make the operation work. I have seen a few bad reviews on here. To be honest, its not for everyone. If you are looking for a corporate style environment, this is not it. However, if you want a real life hands on experience in the RE field, this is a great opportunity. You can have to showcase your skillset and overall understanding of the product to the office manager. There is an opportunity to make great income if you devote yourself. I worked here for 3 years and never had an issue with payments. As I previously mentioned, you have to work for it - nothing is handed to you.

One thing I wished we did more often is attend office after work gatherings.
