      Avantages

      WFH setup. weekends off also has maintain an office in cebu incase cebu employee has issues with power and internet

      Inconvénients

      The office is underutilized with limited career advancement opportunities. The executive team, particularly the operations manager in Cebu, is ineffective and overly focused on pleasing the CEO, who also has a personal relationship with one of the employees. Management prioritizes their own interests over those of the employees. Additionally, compensation is low and vacation leave is limited.
