      Jolt hires cool people (and then fires them)

      Inconvénients

      Jolt today fired 15% of their dev team without warning. It has a toxic culture and then uses the bludgeon "not a cultural fit" to justify firing people. Seriously, don't work here. There are a million places better than this place.
