      Avantages

      Great people, great pay and benefits. Excellent strategic position in the marketplace. Stable position with genuine management having great vision.

      Inconvénients

      Very siloed bureaucratic functional management structure not conducive to success. Overloading the high performers and ignoring low performers. Convoluted structure of company makes great ideas VERY difficult to execute.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
