Flexible schedules and some opportunity to advance, but it is limited. Benefits package is very generous.
Inconvénients
Senior management consists of too many ex-military with an air of arrogance to match. Promotion of CMMI capability is a marketing ploy that is poorly executed. People are treated poorly when the going gets rough.
