      Avantages

      A lot of employees like myself have been with the company many years and have grown from other roles. I’m very happy because I have goals to achieve but don’t feel micromanaging pressure. There is a trust but also accountability that what is needed will get done. I like my coworkers a lot and we have a good support system.

      Inconvénients

      We get a lot of paid holidays, but I wish we could accrue the extra vacation week sooner.

      Avantages

      This is the type of employer you hope for when it comes to compensation, time, responsibilities, and leadership in my experience.

      Inconvénients

      Not me, I know some other properties have had difficulty with some micromanagement of the onsite team. Common for the industry if your RPM is high strung.
