      The company had some talented coworkers and good learning opportunities early on.

      Inconvénients

      workload expectations were often unrealistic, communication from management was inconsistent, and employee concerns were rarely addressed effectively. Work-life balance became difficult, toxic work culture and turnover on the team was high.
