They care about their employees and clients. They have benefits and matching 401k! The loan process is amazing and even during the busiest of times, their turns times are top notch.

Nice offices. Good support if you are a LO. High performance LOs are considered VIPs. A couple of lawyers run the place to keep it legal.

A small group of executives control everything. No health insurance. No VPs or directors except for a few. You are nobody in the company unless you are one of the few executives, a branch manager, or high performing LO.
