      Avantages

      Flexible time. They have an agreement with a good restaurant.

      Inconvénients

      Low salary. Each project you will start from scratch and your career is reset. You must be lucky to work with a really skilled colleagues to learn something. Management is not forward-looking and sometime incompetent. No cooperation among business units. No organization, no best practices, no innovation. Offices are out of the city near an incinerator and bus service is poor. If you want to have a good and complete meal you need to pay part of it. The building is not adequate.

      Avantages

      There are few roles, you are a programmer on the contract but then also work on documentation, tests validation and a lot of other things. This help learning a lot on software development process.

      Inconvénients

      Your salary will start at very low level also with temporary contracts for a long time and it will eventually progress very slowly. There are few roles, you are a programmer on the contract but then also work on documentation, tests validation and a lot of other things. You're just being paid as a programmer though.
