Infrastructure is good. Colleagues nature is good and helpful while in training. Salary will be credited on time. You will get Work timing is fixed.
Inconvénients
Notice period is 3 months long. No proper performance evaluation of employees there are parsality between them. They treat good who is doing spoonfeeding to manager. Growth is normal or okay okay. You will not get role and responsibilities as per your skills and previous experience they will treat you like a thing that will be used whenever they need. Every 15 days shift timings will be chnaged so unable to focus on work. People will moved from one project to another so no focus on particular work. When they have workload they will hire new employee but when low workload then they'll terminate them even in short period of time.
