      Avantages

      The team is really smart and willing to share their knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Manament plays favorites. If you're not one of the favorites you get ignored. The benefits aren’t great. The insurance premium is very high if you add a dependent. Low pay and little room for advancement.

      Avantages

      The team is wonderful. They are funny, skilled and collaborative. You'll want to stay simply for the opportunity to be a part of it.

      Inconvénients

      The company needs to invest in improving its core foundations - areas like sales process, production process, account management approach and more. If you are frustrated by a "work in progress" this company won't be a good fit for you.
