      Avantages

      Friendly, thats about it, work is challenging, but road blocks at every turn.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership only cares about numbers, not security. 401k that only pays $250 a year, Long term incentive is money that doesn't exist, insentive is to keep you enslaved, but doesn't prevent them from firing you. Leadership will throw you under the bus at a moments notice, and lie to your face to tell you that your ok and they have your back.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
