      As a PM you can work remotely which is great to keep your work-life balance. Personal development is supported. You can work with the latest IT technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Your work is very much depending on the Client you are working for. You have to build the trust with the team and customer for every new assignment from scratch which is trying, but on the other hand keeps your motivation up.

      Outstanding work conditions, good team and friendly atmosphere, good location

      Inconvénients

      As HR person, I learned a lot, but I did not have the opportunity to learn HR systems and procedures (what are specific to multinational companies).
