      Avantages

      Company has a very transparent approach. Make an effort to provide information to employees and stay connected with a very geographically diverse employee base.

      Inconvénients

      As a service company the client needs take make a big impact on the organization. Is good for a company to be sensitive to clients but can be difficult to balance that pressure with the needs of the company.

      Very innovative products, services, and exceptionally talented people. Innovecture has a open culture with every executive approachable and willing to extend their help. Extremely satisfied customers.

      None I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Another offshore company stealing jobs. You make a mistake you are fired. No concern for the employee. Will be asked to do extra outside your job description for free. If you need monetary assistance you will be brushed off and forgotten. Nowhere else for you to go once the current engagement ends so you will be out of a job. Will not protect you if you are having issues with their client employees because they only care about the money.
