I started working in this company less than 6 Months ago and I feel I have learned more than I ever did in 7 years of Real estate. I have learned more than sales but skills that most corporate companies won't take time and effort to teach. From starting at entry level I was given a sale system to understand and then given the opportunity to develop myself in managing and as a plus I am part of a team that I can call family. We have a diverse culture and I am proud to be part of a professional yet fun environment. The personal training that is provided is catered to the individual I have been amazed by how much investment of time this company offers to the growth of a person not only in a professional career path but also in their personal development. I no longer just go to work because I have to But I finally found a position that I wake up and can't help but smile.
Inconvénients
The mentality behind successful people is all about how hard they work and how much they will be rewarded. Because this company is merit base it is all about the effort and attitude that the results will follow.
