The work environment is well balanced and my hours are flexible. Justin is very collaborative and values the input of his employees. He gives feedback from my work both tactfully and kindly. He is always available if I need guidance yet he trusts his employees enough to let them do their job. In Search Of Technology is growing fast with their unique vision of actually wanting to help people. That is what I love most about the company, relationships are paramount.
