Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Nice office, good location, healthcare, decent pay and bonus depending on position, subsidised gym membership. Tea / decent coffee machines provided as are snacks and basic breakfast (fruit/porridge). Does have a few genuinely nice people.
Inconvénients
Rife with toxic culture from people in senior positions, which trickles down. High turn over (both lay offs and resignation) rates. No dental. The company has a strong position on no remote working (in office 5 days a week for most people), including during train strikes. 1 under performing business unit closed in the last 6 months, another in the US to be closed by January. Unsure of business outlook.
