      Avantages

      Organizational culture at ING is just great. The place is full of your professionals with various backgrounds. It is in dum a young dynamic organization

      Inconvénients

      big bureaucratic company. Hard to change things and to even dicide to change things. Things will be better if insurance and banking has been split.
