      Good work place facilities and movie premieres for employees.

      Inconvénients

      Outdated processes. Employees grown old in their roles and looking to retire in their jobs. Worst management who are disconnected from their teams. Lack leadership skills and do not care for employee morale and development

      Avantages

      Working at IMAX gives me a sense of pride because of its strong brand and cutting-edge cinema technology. I enjoy collaborating with supportive colleagues and being part of exciting projects. The benefits and movie-related perks are nice, and overall, I find the work engaging and aligned with industry standards.

      Inconvénients

      At IMAX, I sometimes feel frustrated by inconsistent leadership and limited opportunities for career growth. The pay can feel average compared to expectations. I’ve noticed communication issues and occasional uncertainty in company direction. Work-life balance can also be challenging, especially with changing policies and management decisions.
