      Avantages

      A lot of change away from what the company used to be, especially the N&B portion. Company has a high level of performance.

      Inconvénients

      Change is not managed well, and is often rolled out with no plan or strategy being conveyed to front line workers/managers.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
