      Good library for patrons, helpful employees.

      Inconvénients

      The team is a good old boys club run by the manager. If you suck up to the manager, you can work there forever. If not, your life will become a living nightmare.

      Avantages

      Quality benefits. Annual banks of sick, vacation, personal, and birthday leave are plentiful.

      Inconvénients

      Dysfunctional high level management. I had fine experiences in day to day operations but the rift between branch staff and administrative staff is vast.
