      Quality benefits. Annual banks of sick, vacation, personal, and birthday leave are plentiful.

      Inconvénients

      Dysfunctional high level management. I had fine experiences in day to day operations but the rift between branch staff and administrative staff is vast.

      Systemic inconsistencies. Not great dissemination of communication from the C-Suite staff to the frontline workers
