      Great engineers who know their craft

      Inconvénients

      Poor upper management, who don't know how to manage people Overworked and cries for help/resources went ignored Hard work isn't recognised or acknowledged, so I left for a senior role and haven't looked back

      In general the internship program could have had better events or more helpful workshops
