      -Underdeveloped leadership -Patterns of procrastination among key leadership repeatedly lead to costly outcomes and poor strategy -Very low pay; matched contributions are available, but out of reach given the salary -Little support from Finance and Accounting in budgeting -Professional development lacking -HR is an onboarding and benefits hub -Antiquated management styles and systems -Poor planning and communication stifles creative vision and problem solving
